Room Hire

The Social Club has a function room, which is available for hire, and is a great venue for parties.

The room has an attached kitchen, it’s own private bar, a proper dance floor and access to the patio.

We also have a BBQ, and can arrange catering and a DJ if you need (or you’re welcome to do your own).

Prices start from £150 and if you book the room we WON’T put up prices - that means you get the same incredible bar prices as our members. Furthermore, we DON’T insist you get catering through us, and we have a decent kitchen that is included in the price (all we ask is that you leave it clean and tidy).

For legal reasons you cannot supply your own drinks - but we’re always happy to take special requests.

We have FREE parking as well (subject to Norwich City home football fixtures)

PLEASE NOTE

Room Hire is only available to social club members - and we have a maximum of 15 hires per calendar year by law. Demand is usually high so please apply early.

THERE ARE 3 OPTIONS for booking the room:

  1. Standard bookings are where anyone can come to your party or event. click here for the form.
  2. Members and Guests bookings are when the attendees will all be just social club members and their guests and social club membership rules must by law be adhered to. Please read the relevant rules here and then click here for the form.
  3. Sports bookings are for sporting events and meetings (such as AGMs, finals nights and so on). Please click here for the form.
