I have particular expertise in crisis and trauma. If you have experienced or witnessed a traumatic event, recently or as long ago as infancy, you may experience symptoms that are hard to cope with and understand. I can help you get back to where you want to be. In particular, I offer EMDR, a powerful therapy that can address the aftereffects both of trauma and of the negative experiences and messages so many of us receive growing up.
