Formatting changes some depending what device you are using. A bit of a mess because there are many voices in the book and I try to change the font of each speaker. In kindle the best I could do is bold and italics.

Pictures look pretty good even though they are only 800 to 1200 pixels wide in the original file. They are nicer on an iPad than in the book. I don't know what Amazon has done with them because I can't get a hold of a kindle.

The biggest picture possible has made the file large (6.7meg) and they charge me a high delivery fee. I think they double dip and charge the buyer as well, but the pictures are wonderful and it was worth it to get the best resolution possible. I used the iPad to find the point of diminishing returns and was surprised how good some of them look.
