Frequently Asked Questions:

1.I already have recruiting stickers on my trailers - what's the difference?

Everyone else has them too, just go look. We are creating a "mega-brand", much bigger than just your trailer fleet, that benefits all participating carriers. We are easy to remember, and the brand is attached to the software services at MyTruckJob.com that help you present your firm online, sort and search driver data, and start conversations with available drivers as they surface on the site.

2.If I put the stickers on my trailers, won't my guys see them and use it to find better jobs?

If some of your drivers have ideas about looking for alternatives, they are going to find employment through some form of media. Departing drivers will use websites, newspapers, and traderags - all the people you PAY today to advertise for driving applicants! That's the scam we're trying to fix. Putting our stickers on your trailers just opens up a new, free, avenue to source driving applicants - forever. Being in the program is like participating for future cost reductions - it's like becoming a part of our company and all you need to do is display the stickers.

3.If this is all free to me - how does MyTruckJob make money?

We sell advertising, we sell the same advanced recruiting tools you get as a co-op member to trucking companies who are not, or will not be, members of the co-op, and we build websites for trucking companies that need to get on the web. Plus, if you hate the sticker idea, you can do two other things to get into the co-op for good.

4.What results will I get in terms of applicant flow?

We don't advertise all over the place to get warm bodies, or "clicks", or "eyeballs". Our belief is that there are plenty of drivers (qualified, safe, honorable) that may be interested in a career with you, and they are not reading the newspapers or surfing the web - they are out working on the highway. But reaching them takes time, so we won't solve your applicant flow problem today. But as we grow the co-op, and have thousands of trailers carrying our message to working drivers, we will deliver targeted and high value applicant flow right to your email. In time, we will close enrollment in the program, and because we don't know how many trailersides the co-op is going to need, you should join while the chance is before you.

5.How do you verify that a carrier is now participating?

We do a visual check. We will find your trailers and see our stickers placed. Keeping our stickers on your equipment keeps you in the program.

6.Joining the MyTruckJob.com co-op will access additional recruitment reservoirs for candidates?

We power a growing network of employment resources (websites) that attract applicants for our members across the internet. It all started with a project for the California Trucking Association. Now, if you are a member of a employment site we power, your co-op membership activates your advanced services on that site too.
