TERMS:
+ One (1) session of counseling with persons to be wed prior to marriage
* Wedding will NOT be performed without counseling
*Additional counseling, if required, may result in additional charges
+ One (1) Wedding Rehearsal
*Date of rehearsal to be confirmed with Pastor
*Rehearsal time limited to two (2) hours
*Fee DOES NOT change if there is no rehearsal
+ Performance of Wedding Ceremony
*There will be an additional charge of $50 for every 30 minutes the wedding is delayed.
The price of $700.00 INCLUDES:
+ Use of Sanctuary $200
+ Fee for Pastor $500

The undersigned hereby agrees to accept the terms of the contract for services to be provided by the Pastor and the use of the Mt. Pisgah AME Church at the price set forth above and agrees to pay the unpaid balance not later than five (5) days prior to the wedding with cash, money order or certified check. In the event of cancellation, the deposit WILL NOT be refunded.
