Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church was organized in the Salem area in 1988. The church was started as a self-supporting mission trough an arm extended from the Temple Missionary Baptist church of Sweet Home (Foster), Oregon.

Over the years we have met in the pastor's home, a day care building, the Boys and Girls Club and currently in our own building at 2325 4th Street NE.  (The Northwest corner of 4th and Pine.)

God has blessed this body of believers with faithful people who love Him and want to serve Him.  Many lives have been touched through the ministry of this church.  Our doors are open to all who would come seeking God's Will in their lives.  If you are looking for Him we want to help you find Him.
