qUALMS is open to all MSU undergraduates interested in language and linguistics. To join, simply come to our monthly meetings.

You can join our Facebook group for member-related information and meeting announcements, and to talk other qUALMS members. We also have a mailing list, described below. For other social media, see the sidebar.

Mailing List

Linguistics majors and minors should already receive announcements from qUALMS through the "lin-ugrad" mailing list. If for some reason you are not on the department list, you can add yourself manually.

Other people can also contact us to be added to the qUALMS mailing list, if we don't have your address already.

Want to do more?

A multitude of E-Board positions are elected for both year-long and semester-long terms, and all active members are eligible. We always need extra help planning running MSULC and GLEEFUL -- let us know if you are interested.

Undergrads are also encouraged to attend the MSU Linguistics Colloquium, which features speakers from around the country, usually current professors in linguistics.
