About Ms. D......

I'm excited to be starting my 9th year of teaching. I have always loved science and hope that my enthusiasm for the subject rubs off on my students. I graduated from Marysville High School in Ohio and earned my Geology and Teaching undergrad degree from Alfred University in Alfred, New York. Later I earned a Master's in Education from the University of San Diego.

Like most students I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also like to stay active. I played soccer in college and continue to play for fun today. I also enjoy running and even finished the rock n roll marathon this past June.
