The following questions will guide you to go through the research and help you better understand Kungfu,Wushu and Chinese martial Arts.
1) What are the definitions for Kungfu, Wushu and Chinese Martial arts?
2) What is the brief history of Kungfu and Wushu ?
3) What are the styles of Kungfu and Wushu?
4) In what way, does the spirit of Chinese Martial Arts affect Chinese people's life philosophy?
5) What are the differences and similarities between Kungfu and Wushu?
6) What are the spirits of Chinese Martial Arts?
Due on Nov 30th, 2017. (This is an individual work turned in through google classroom )
Part II Make a booklet of Kungfu,Wushu and Chinese Martial Arts (be creative!)
Each person from the group has to do some part of this booklet.
The following should be included in your booklet.
1) Front page design by your group with your names and subject name.
2) Include history of Kungfu and Wushu.
3) List styles of Kungfu and Wushu.
3) What you have learned from presenter's lecture and demonstration? (The demonstration by Shaolin master Sal Redner and Taichi master Natasha Wang is on Nov 15th period 4 in CC2. )
4) what you have learned from this project?
5) The booklet has to be at least 6 pages as minimal.
Due on Nov 30th in class.
Part III Demonstrate your understanding of Kungfu,Wushu and Chinese Martial Arts
Power point presentation will be presented by your group.
please include some Chinese language for each slide ( for H class only)
