What is the Chemistry Olympiad?
The U.S. National Chemistry Olympiad (USNCO) program is a chemistry competition for high school students. The purpose of the competition is to stimulate young people to achieve excellence in chemistry. The American Chemical Society has sponsored the program since 1984.

- Local competition occurs during March. See details below
- National Competition (for those that qualify) occur during April. Typically Shoreline or Bellevue.
- The National Camp occurs for a week during June. Location TBD and is likely out side of Washington.
- International Chemistry Olympiad (for those that qualify) occurs for a week during July. Location TBD and is likely outside of the United States.
