AP Chemistry Summer Learning Opportunities

Summer OPTIONAL assignments can be accessed through Mastering Chemistry:

• Please read through the Mastering Chemistry registration document. The document will explain how you can gain access to the summer assignments

• You can earn credit by scoring with a score of 80% or higher. Your grade will not be impacted if you choose to or cannot participate in the assignment.

• These assignments will offer refreshers and cover material that might have been missed during your chemistry class.

The following documents are made for AP Chemistry students that are preparing or the first semester of AP Chemistry. These documents will support:

• The Nomenclature and Solubility Test on the first day of class.

• Chapters 1-3 reading for students interested in getting ahead

• A thorough review of general chemistry topics.
