3. Satellite stands (climbing stands and additonal ladders stands) are allowed only within the 300 yards radius of a main Hunting Stand. This does not extend a members hunting radius 300 yards beyond the satellite stand. The members hunting radius only extends 300 yds from the main hunting structure.
4. The rights to the Hunting Stands from the prior hunting season shall be maintained for all returning members unless the stand is relinquished. Members are obligated to promptly remove signage from relinquished stands.
5. Hunting Stands that become available from non-returning members shall be considered available for members only after notice from the Board is given to the Membership. The notice will be given after April 1st when we know for sure who is not returning and will be given a week prior to a weekend so everyone can plan to come out. No spot can be marked before the notice is given to the entire club to be fair to all other members. No stands can be marked by other members for a different only that person can mark stands no exceptions. As of January 1st 2019 once I give notice of non renewing members at that time any member including new members can start marking spots. Keep in mind the rules on requirements to mark a stand or it will not hold up.
6. If disputes over stands arise, it is recommended that the two parties involved attempt to resolve the dispute, if unable to resolve the dispute both parties must meet with the President and a ruling will be made.

11. As of the 2013 season and here on out, stands left by non-renewing members may not be marked by other members just for the stand and later moved. If you mark a spot just for the stand you must leave the stand in that location for that season. You will not be allowed to move it from that location until the next hunting season.
12. Marking of new spots as of the 2013 season and here on out; A sign in that spot will not be considered marking that area, you must have a stand in that spot to properly mark it along with a sign. If you do not have a new spot marked properly as stated above, the spot will be considered as fair game for other members to have.
13. A stand to properly mark a spot may only be a tripod, permanent ladder stand, box stand. Ladder stands that do not stay all year and climbing stands will not be considered proper stands to mark a spot with.
14. Exiting Members will have until April 1st to remove their stands and feeders. If not done by this date, the combinations will be changed and your property will become property of the club at that point. If you are leaving and the stands you were using were not yours in the first place you must leave them behind (example: if you did not build it or buy it from another member then you must leave it in place).
