Our fiscal year goes from July to the following June. Dues notices will go out to property owners from the Treasurer on June 1st with full payment due on July 1st. Assessment fee per lot is currently set at $850 per annum. See detailed procedure in Assessments regulation below. When assessment fee payment is 90 days overdue, the Association will charge a 5% late fee on the outstanding balance due.
