Video Options

Here are some options for video projects:

Canva Presentations:

Canva has a complete suite of graphic design tools and templates for all things visual. They also have great presentation templates to design your slide deck with. Embedded within Canva is the ability to Present and Record your presentation. This recording can then be shared via link or downloaded.

Animoto:

Animoto is a web-based program that makes video slideshows. You upload images, add in text, choose a piece of music and then your video is rendered based upon the effects you choose and the beat of the music. You will need a Promo Code from your teacher in order to get full access; otherwise, you are limited to 30 second videos. The text characters are limited in each box, so be thoughtful with what you want to say.

Adobe Creative Cloud Express:

Adobe Creative Cloud Express is a free site. It allows you to add voice narration to a video slideshow. You can use images on your camera roll or use the icons that are included with the app. Also gives you templates and background music. This is available on the web or an app on your tablet or phone.

Here is an example of a library report made using Adobe Spark:

Stop Motion Studio App

Stop Motion Studio is an app for your phone that allows you to make stop motion videos. You take a bank of pictures in the app, then you can add in your narration or music overlay. The app is available for iPhones or Androids.

My Simple Show Explainer Video Creator

With MySimpleShow, you select the type of video you want to produce (Explain a medical disease, a biological process, an historical event, a mathematical concept, etc.) and then you write the script into the pre-organizing story board. Based on your text, options for line drawn images are given. Select what you want and then you can do your own recording or use the computer generated voices to read your script. Hit Publish and you're done!

Screencastify:

Screencastify is a Chrome extension that allows you to record your screen with your narration over it. It also can embed your camera in the corner. It has an easy upload to your Youtube channel and a simple video editor.
