The caboose is a resin model of a B&O I5.

Switching Barbour Supply. The building is scratchbuilt from styrene, with Tichy Train Group windows.

Inside Elkins Tannery. Someday, I'll detail the inside to look like a real tannery.

The locomotive is a brass E27 2-8-0. Originally painted for a private-line, I've repainted the tender, but still have to update the '4' on the cab! I have begun a slow program of repowering old brass steam locomotives. For each locomotive, I tune the driver springs; add a new motor; add extra electrical pickups; and add a DCC sound decoder.

Ready to take on water. The water tower is a Walthers kit, but the tank itself was a bit crude. I made a new tank with individual boards glued onto a mailing tube, fishing line as the wires around the tank, and turnbolt castings on the lines.
