Solve a classic 3x3 cube

With daisy pattern at the top, match one of the the edge piece (color) with the centre color. Red edge piece is matched with red centre in this image 2.1

Place the red piece on the right side and then do r r . This move will take the selected edge piece to the bottom layer which has white centred piece

Repeat step (1) and step(2) for the remaining daisy-edged pieces

Result

1. a perfect star pattern with white at the center and white faced-up cubes at the edges.

2. all the top edges are matched to its center color. pic 2.2

The White star is formed in the previous step.

Place the white star side facing the top

Look for any white-coloured pieces at the bottom layer. The piece is 3-sided with one of its sides white in color.

Now place the (step 3) piece in between the centerpiece of 2 colors which are on the piece other than white. (in pic - the bottom white piece is placed between orange and blue centers

Perform Algo - White corner: ri di r d until that white piece goes to the top corner between the same colored centerpieces. it can take 1, 3, 5 turns of algo to place the chosen piece at the top corner spot. If it does not go to the correct place in 5 turns, it means there is a mistake.

Find more white pieces at the bottom layer and repeat steps (3) & step (4)

Result:

1. After placing all the white faced-up corner pieces at the correct place, top layer gets solved as shown in pic

2. Also, note that there is T formation between edge and center piece. Green & Red T shown in pic.
