We provide a microfoundation of Zipf using an equilibrium search model with imperfect mobility. 

2Police Officer Assignment and Neighborhood Crime  (with Bocar Ba, Patrick Bayer, Nayoung Rim, Roman Rivera)

We show that assigning more senior officers in high crime areas would reduce violent crime rate by 4.6 percent in the city of Chicago.

3. School Choice Under Imperfect Information  (with Kehinde Ajayi

   Using a model where students endogenous build consideration sets in order to choose schools, we report important inefficiencies under centralized allocation.

4Schooling Investment, Mismatch and Wage Inequality ( with Andrew Shephard )

    Using a general equilibrium job search model, we show policies such as a free tuition college increase wage inequality.
