Italian Caviar

28 oz. of cooked Cannellini Beans

2 cups of diced tomatoes

1/2 cup od chopped white onion

1 cup of chopped celery

1 cup of red chopped red pepper

1/2 tsp of freshly chopped rosemary

1/3 cup of olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
