Keeping track of what you eat and exercising has just gotten better with the use of your IPhone or Smart Phone. I used to use a food journal and carried it around with me in my purse. I wrote down what I ate, the quantity, and had to figure out the calories using a book and a calculator. This was labor intensive and not to mention, boring!
One day, while searching for apps to download to my IPhone from ITunes, I found an app called
"My Fitness Pal."
What a relief this turned out to be! This app has it all!
