Collecting Shards:

You need to purchase multiple packs to upgrade this hero.

Collecting Skin Shards:

You need to purchase packs to upgrade its skin (Jungle Russel).

Note the Jungle Russel skins are often in dailly golden chest

(1-30 shards but 99.9999% you get one).

Note: Barlow is a all-round attack hero, favouring Infantry.

He has no PvE skill, so you might see it as all PvP hero/attack.
