Academic Probation:
If you are on academic probation the following must be completed and turned in on the dates specified to be eligible to compete.

- Study hall dates 12 - 13.pdf Please download this for exact date and times of the study hall. Study hall is mandatory if you are on academic probation!
- 2012 - 13 eligibilty dates.pdf Please download this form for the dates that your grade check is due to the Athletic Director's office at 3pm. If his door is not opened, you must wait until you can turn it in. The other option is to turn in your completed form to coach mark the thursday before it is due to the Athletic directors office.
