Mass Concussion Testing  Dates

TCONDITIONING WILL START:

October 2, 2025

 Tryouts are February 12 - 16, 2026

Practice Schedule: (Please click on the team information link for directions)

  • Tuesday 6:30 - 8p @ Aiea

  • Wednesday 6:30 - 8:p @Salt lake

  • Friday 6:30 - 8p  @ Salt lake

  • Saturday 8:30-9a, dry land, 9a - 12p @Salt lake 

Parents Meeting:  Wednesday February 26, 2025.  

(6:30pm at the Moanalua High Gym) Attendance for both parent and player is a Mandatory part of the tryout process. Team contracts will be signed and turned in. 

Lunch Duty:TBA

Commitment: If you want to be a part of the team, you should make it a priority to be at practice regularly. Both your spot on the team and playing time are based on your dedication to the to the TEAM and how prepared you are mentally and physically.

 Please check the team's schedule and look for any conflicts with games. No changes will be made, so if we don't have enough girls to field a team, we will have to forfeit.

Please schedule your prom beautification appointments for after the games.  Please be prepared to play games the day after Proms if applicable. (No nails, RESTED AND READY TO PLAY)
