You are cordially invited to a Pot Luck Dinner and Preview Night
Methacton HS Marching Band Introduces this year’s performance of
"As One on Windy Hill"
Parents, please come to support your kids who have worked so hard preparing for this season.
The evening is a great time to reserve your front row seat on the action by volunteering to chaperone or work in the snack bar to raise money to help keep Methacton music programs strong. The evening ends with a musical performance in Methacton Warriors Stadium.
What to bring:
A dish to share (include serving utensils, please)
Your calendars to volunteer
Your cameras and video cameras
Your checkbook for Spirit Wear purchases (including our awesome new jacket!)
Freshman - Salad/Side Dish
Sophomores - Entrees
Juniors - Desserts
Seniors - Beverages
(Music Boosters will provide paper-goods, plastic-ware and drinks.)
Schedule:
Arrive at 5:30 for food setup in cafeteria by football field
Dinner at 6:00 (Band members will be served first)
Band members will be excused at 6:30 for warm-up
Parents' meeting following dinner (updates from Band Director Bret Mascaro and Music Booster officers)
Performance of "As One on Windy Hill" at 7:15 on the football field
