We are now working increasingly on a monthly retained basis for our commercial clients and without a retained agreement our minimum

charge for an emergency call out fee for inspecting a property or a structure is £750 which is payable in advance.

We do not undertake inspection or reporting work for domestic clients seeking to purchase or to sell a domestic property, either directly or through and estate agent.

We now only undertake reporting and any remedial works inspections for any new commercial property or for our established commercial clients.
