MLTS is a professional practice delivering personal consultation, management and design services to our clients. We have been providing structural consultations and designs for project management for a variety of commercial and industrial projects since 1987.

Our services extend from the initial feasibility stage through to final completion and operation.

Latterly, we have specialised in investigations and reporting on existing residential and commercial buildings for our commercial clients including, particularly blocks of flats built from the 1930s to the 1990s for example facade investigation and remedial works, including concrete and brickwork repairs.

We also specialise in the investigation and reporting of various building defects and issues of a structural and or building nature including foundation movements and associated structural movements e.g. floors, roofs, facades including brickwork and concrete elements both structural and non-structural damage.
