Welcome on my website! I am economist at the German Council of Economic Experts  (SVR Wirtschaft) and lecturer in economics at the University of St. Gallen. 

My research areas are financial economics (bank regulation, financial stability), finance and macroeconomics (finance and growth, reallocation and productivity), and public economics  (taxation of banks, corporate taxation).
