Grade-level supply lists are published on the school website. Fourth graders are asked to bring in:
1.5" binder, 3 pocket folders, 3 marble notebooks, a pencil pouch (gallon Zilocs work), dry erase markers, colored pencils, a pen with ink that's NOT red or black in color, and an old sock.
I can provide most of the supplies if needed. Please bring in an old sock. Just remember, old does not mean smelly! :) Rescue an old sock from the rag pile.
Before you clean Staples out, please remember that our students' desks are only so big. Any extra tools that come to school must fit inside the desk. If there's not enough space, the materials will be sent home.
As a student I know I always preferred certain supplies… the 64 box of crayons with the built-in sharpener was a necessity. Book covers with the Foodtown logo (remember what it was like before BookSox??) were absolutely forbidden! Pencils and notebooks, though, could have been anything. As a teacher I am still drawn to certain products, too. Below you will find a list of supplies that I will provide for each student. Feel free to replace/upgrade if you wish.
