Scientific Name: Negaprion cf. brevirostris

Nicknames: Lemon

General Abundance (Peace River): Common- Abundant

Typical tooth size: Less than 1 inch

Max Tooth Size: Over 1 inch

(Lemon teeth, except lower right tooth probably a lower bull shark tooth)

Facts:

+They are named after their yellowish tint on the top half of their body

+Grow up to ~11 feet & weigh up to ~ 400 lbs

+Many common fossil shark teeth resemble lemon shark teeth but may easily belong to another carcharhiniform species (many are difficult to tell apart, especially for lower teeth)
