For jewelry-related hygiene reasons, I do not give refunds on purchases. Custom requests are "made to order" to the buyer's specs and cannot be returned. Please do not buy if you cannot abide by this. Every item is painstakingly photographed and described in great detail to minimize confusion. Buyer's remorse, is therefore, not a valid reason for a return, as there is plenty of time to ask all questions before you commit to buying.
PHOTOGRAPHY and YOUR MONITOR:
I do my best to photograph items in natural light with as much texture, color and detail as I can. That said, please allow for differences in computer monitors that may render colors differently.
If the item is damaged during shipping or has obvious defects, please contact me within 2 days after receiving it. Kindly mail the defective item back to me in "new/saleable" condition (i.e. your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it; it must also be in its original packaging). I will either repair or replace the item and send it back to you at my expense.
Did you measure your item incorrectly? Simply return it back to me in the original packaging, so I can make the necessary adjustments. Depending on the nature of the problem, you will be charged for additional materials & work-hours plus return shipping back to you.
