The backbone of an educational institution is its faculty. Minerva school faculty comprises well-trained teachers, nursery teachers and teachers specially equipped to train in various extra-curricular activities. This enables the school to maintain a teacher-student ratio of 1:40, thereby enabling personalized attention and guidance to bring out the best in the students. Competent and committed teachers at Minerva school look after the intellectual, physical and moral well-being of each and every student.Through assessment of the education system, it was discovered that the system didn’t focus on what a learner can ‘do’ rather than merely what they ‘know’ or can ‘remember.” Children would prefer to use their mind and would appreciate to develop critical thinking skills and using their senses, rather than traditional way of learning.
