Here comes my baby, she's
Making me crazy,
Makes me happy and lazy,
Makes me dream all the time.
I should be worried,
Working and hurried.
Instead, I'm just smiling
And feeling just fine.
Don't care if it's raining,
Or if outside it's cold,
To me it's all just gold
If my baby is smiling.
Don't hear the neighbors fighting,
Don't see the police cars.
Instead, I'm just smiling
And feeling just fine.
What did I do to deserve this fate?
Don't ask me, because I don't know.
Guess I'm lucky, I don't know.
And the sun keeps shining.
Â
And here comes my baby, she's
Making me crazy,
Makes me happy and lazy,
Makes me dream all the time.
I should be worried,
Working and hurried
Instead, I'm just smiling
And feeling just fine.
She don't care if I get old.
She don't care if I go grey.
Don't care that my hair
Has all gone away
And the sun keeps shining.
And here comes my baby, she's
Making me crazy,
Makes me happy and lazy,
Makes me dream all the time.
I should be worried,
Working and hurried
Instead I'm just smiling
And feeling just fine.
