Question:
How do you study for exams?
I decided to ask this question because it shows what people do to prepare themselves for an upcoming problem.
Answers:
Marc, 21, Biological Science Major. Go to review sessions. Then I would study the information on my own, and then find a study group to discuss anything I didn't understand.
Nicholas, 21, Mechanical Engineering Major. Usually keep on the homeworks as that is the best indicator of an engineering exam. From there I would look over my notes the night before, as I see that if I don't know the information already, I won't learn it by cramming.
Rocco, 21, Communications Major. Go to a nice quiet section of the library and read the text book. I would summarize the chapters, and try a practice exam if I could.
Kelly, 22, Research Assistant, Psychology & Spanish Degrees. Find a quiet area, room or library and study my notes and books until I mentally cannot take anymore.
John, 20, Criminal Justice. Record the notes on audio and replay them over and over again.
Nici, 21, Political Science Major. Study alone by reading the books and taking notes/making an outline while I read.
Ted, 21, Business Administration major, concentration in Human Resources, applying to law school. Look at what the professor said is going to be on the exam and compare it to what I know and do not know. I need to be selective to what I do and do not study, as I am busy and need to weigh the potential gain of a good grade to the amount of investment time needed to study to learn the material.
