The Adriance Library offers several free classes including computer classes(my daughter is one of the instructors). See the link below. They also have lab sessions to help individuals with specific problems on computers. The priority is for people looking for work but they can usually accommodate most people. Classes need to be registered in advance and usually have waiting lists. The labs are open without registration.

  • Dutchess Rail Trail - The rail trail is flat and paved (~10' wide, and eventually 12 miles long). Eventually, the Dutchess Rail Trail will connect Hopewell Junction to the Walk Way over the Hudson and the Ulster Rail Trail.   • Franny Reese State Park - Located in Highland, Ulster County (251 acres)—Scenic Hudson initially protected (and continues to manage) this stunning landscape, now owned by the state Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and named in memory of Frances "Franny" Reese (1917-2003), Scenic Hudson's guiding spirit. Its 2.5 miles of trails follow in part an historic carriage road that passes the ruins of a 19th-century estate, while an overlook affords superb views of the Mid-Hudson Bridge, Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park and the City of Poughkeepsie.
