Ken has an agreement with John Sagan's travel group "Adventures for Rascals". Here how it works. He sends me his Newsletter of trips. I publicize to our club members by handing out copies, through Emails and/or text to those that have the provider and also through my Facebook and put it on our website. A member calls Sagan for a particular trip reservation and sends in their deposit. After a member takes a trip with Sagan, he becomes a member of the Rascals and from then on this member receives the Newsletter from Sagan. The club is not in the travel business only an option for our club.
Note from Ken: Agreement with Judy Petschko, "Valley Voyagers" : I will distribute her Newsletter to the MHV IBM Retirees Club members via Email, Text, Web site, or hardcopy handouts at meetings. A member must contact Judy for a trip reservation and mail the required deposit. Once a member takes a trip, then that member will become one of her "Valley Voyagers" and be on her mailing list for the next Newsletter. Judy will also organize a specific trip for the club and her travelers if there is sufficient interest to fill a bus.
