From intersection from Rt. 9 and Rt. 52 in Fishkill: Take Rt. 52 east to Rt. 82; continue on Rt. 82 to #339, between Handshake Bar & Grill and Mobil Mart at corner traffic light, All Angels Road.
From Red Oaks Mill: Take NY Rt. 376 to All Angels Road (at Dutchess County Airport); continue to end of All Angels Road at Mobil Mart, Rt. 82; right turn on Rt. 82; Council Hall is on immediate right; 8 miles from Red Oaks Mill.
