Set ucinet's default folder to the folder containing all of the ucinet standard datasets. Unless you have a very good reason, this folder should be
C:\Users\<yourusernamehere>\Documents\UCINET data.
In other words, set the default to the UCINET Data folder that is under your documents folder. You can use the file cabinet button at the bottom right of the UCINET window, or just cut and paste it in to the address area at the bottom middle.
Display the Campnet dataset as a matrix. Cut and paste the text output into the Word doc that you will be handing in on Wednesday. Make columns line up properly by using courier new font (but only for the matrix, not whole doc).
Display the Campnet dataset as a nodelist (hint: open Campnet in the dl editor, 4th button from left on the toolbar. choose nodelist as the format). Copy this into your Word doc.
Use the data|header editor function to change the node labels in campnet to sentence case (e.g., change STEVE to Steve), and then save as a new dataset. Display the new dataset as a matrix and record.
Transfer the Campnet dataset to excel. Easiest way is to open Campnet in the ucinet spreadsheet editor, then cut and paste into excel. Then cut and paste back into doc file as a table
