I work diligently throughout the year to ensure that I continue my own learning both inside and outside of the school.
I try to observe my colleagues at least once a semester, and I invite college students, administrators, and other teachers into my classroom for feedback. Currently, I am co-teaching with the American Literature teacher - we are centering our courses around the same essential questions, and will be teaching and assessing quarterly projects as well as the final exam together.
