I created the above page, setting the framework to allow the reporters and

photographers to publicise their reports/ photos from the Underage Festival. Prior to the

event, I created and embedded the sets from Soundcloud and Flickr and, in conjunction

with the Broadcast and New Media team, trained the various team leaders in using the

two tools we used on the day. On the day I monitored the uploads, tagging the content

appropriately and making changes where necessary so the content pulled through to the

embedded players.

I also liaised with an external PR company, who were managing the online

communications for the Festival to ensure that the content our reporters were producing

had a presence on their website and social media communications.

After the event, I also created the photo slideshow at the top of the page using a

bespoke media widget and uploaded the highlights video, transcoding the video file to

fit the specifications of the media player.
