TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE - full refund
Reservation cancellations must be made two months prior to event in order to receive full refund. Cancellation may be made by phone, email, or in writing but must be received by Mead Park Association within the two month deadline.
ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE - 50% refund
Reservation cancellation must be made one month prior to event in order to receive 50% refund. Cancellation may be made by phone, email or in writing but must be received by Mead Park Association within the one month deadline.
TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE - 25% refund
Reservation cancellations must be made two weeks prior to event in order to receive 25% refund. Cancellation may be made by phone, email, or in writing but must be received by Mead Park Association within the two week deadline.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of reservation will not be eligible for any refund.
Extenuating circumstances may be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.
