RESERVATIONS
NOTICE!!! For your reservation to be complete via PayPal, you will need the payment confirmation (handled by PayPal) AND a reservation confirmation (sent from corrymeadpark@gmail.com).
RESERVATION information required includes your name, phone number, name of facility you would like to reserve, reservation date and event start times.
Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be received within three weeks of making reservation. Mail or hand deliver payment to Mead Park c/o City Building 100 S. Center Street, Corry, PA 16407.
Our volunteers make every effort to check voicemail messages, web comments, paypal/email reservation requests often, but we cannot guarantee that reservation requests made less than one week in advance can be possible.
There is a $35 fee for returned checks.

RENTAL RULES
1. When Nichols Lodge and Mead Glen are reserved they are unlocked by 10 a. m. unless otherwise requested.
2. Water and electric to all reserved pavilions are available the morning of reservation.
3. Reservations can be made for as early as 8 a.m. if noted at time of booking.
4. All trash should be gathered and placed in or near the cans at the reservation site.
5. The Park closes daily at dusk.
PayPal option now available for easy payment. You must complete the on-line reservation application to use PayPal.
Currently, the Park pavilions and lodges are not available for rent from November to April. The Park is also closed to road traffic during the winter months. Lower parking lots on the north and south end of the park are usable during those months for walkers, ice skaters and cross country skiers.
There are three ways to make your reservation, select one of the following:

Call our 24 hour message line at 663-7041, select option 7 and leave a message, The Reservation Phone Line is checked at least twice a week by a Mead Park Volunteer. A Volunteer will return your call to tentatively schedule your event within 5 to 9 days.
