每日1750-2020世界標準時間(0150L~0420L),由POTIB進入臺北飛航情報區飛往仁川飛航情報區之班機,應由M646航路、HCN、B591航路、SANAS、M750航路、MOLKA,銜接福岡飛航情報區Z401航路飛航。
每日1700-2200世界標準時間(0100L~0600L),自香港飛航情報區進入臺北飛航情報區應遵守下列規定:
香港飛航情報區起飛之航機應由ENVAR/ELATO進入本區。
過境香港飛航情報區,並以韓國為目的地之航機應由ENVAR/ELATO進入本區。
過境香港飛航情報區,並以日本為目的地之航機應由KAPLI進入本區,並由IGURU離開本區。
1.8.6 臺北與香港飛航情報區間A1航路及G581航路與M750區域航行航路使用方式:
A1航路在MAGOG與 ANBU (APU VOR)間之航段,及G581航路在MAGOG與 DADON間之航段,飛航空層280或以上,僅供西向飛航使用。
飛航空層290或以上之東向飛航應使用M750區域航行航路。
M750區域航行航路在ENVAR與SANAS間之航段,每日2000UTC至1300UTC (0400L~2100L),使用飛航空層290以下應經航管同意。
飛航空層290及以上東向飛航之建議飛航路線為:
M750區域航行航路。
臺灣桃園國際機場 (RCTP)到場航機:M750區域航行航路至TONGA航點然後加入標準儀器到場航線。

M750區域航行航路關閉期間航空器應使用A1航路。

西向:A1依據巡航空層表,6000FT或以上。

1.8.8 空速限制及調整
民用航空器於B類、C類、D類、E類及E類地表空域內高度低於10000呎飛航時,指示空速不得超過每小時250浬。
RCKH
當風速10KT以下時,得不使用與風向一致之跑道,航空器不能遵守此規定時,應告知航管單位。
高雄機場因地形障礙而為特殊機場。
為防止噪音,除緊急情況外,每日16:01至22:30世界標準時間禁止起降。
由09跑道離場之航空器,起飛後未通過09跑道末端禁止右轉。
本場訓練飛行之航機每日僅能於00:00-04:00及05:30-12:00世界標準時間實施,國定假日及例假日禁止實施。

本場飛行限制
宵禁時間:每日1500至2200世界標準時間民用航空器禁止起降, 緊急情況除外。
當風速10KT以下時,得不使用與風向一致之跑道,航空器不能遵守此規定時,應告知航管單位。
10跑道右航線。於10跑道離場之航空器,起飛後未通過10跑道末端禁止右轉。
除起降時遭遇緊急情況外, 航空器禁止進入10跑道緩衝區。
飛越限航區RCR16之規定:詳見航路5.1。
松山機場因地形障礙及建築物障礙為特殊機場, 飛航松山機場必須遵守AIP內各離場之爬升梯度規定, 以確保飛航安全。
固定翼航空器不得實施目視進場、特種目視飛航及機場航線。
機場之天氣情況低於目視飛航天氣最低標準;而雲幕高900FT以上,且地面能見度1500M以上時,於松山C類空域得申請特種目視飛航,並經飛航管制單位准許後實施。
交叉口起飛:螺旋槳民用航空器得請求或管制員得指示其自E1、EH、WH滑行道進入跑道交叉口起飛。
航空器後推時, 因受機坪面積限制, 為使航空器易於活動,可將航空器推至約45度方向, 以利其朝向起飛跑道方向滑行。
由臺北/松山機場離場之航班,一律頒發5000FT空層(有相關航情時不在此限),起飛後再由臺北近場管制塔臺及臺北區域管制中心頒發適當空層。
松山機場開放時間:每日0700L~2300L。
松山機場可試車時間:每日0631L~1959L。
0631~0700L:只允許螺旋槳航機於第86及87號停機坪試大車。
RCBS
本場飛航限制
固定翼航空器不得於金門D類空域做特種目視飛航(關於特種目視飛航,請參閱航路1.2-2)。
風速在10KT以下時,得不使用與風向一致之跑道,航空器不能遵守此規定時,應告知航管單位。
所有航空器使用24跑道降落或放棄起飛時,如未能脫離跑道,應滑至跑道迴轉坪迴轉,禁止於跑道180度迴轉;如超越跑道迴轉坪應通報塔臺由拖車拖回停機坪。
使用06跑道全跑道起飛時,由任一滑行道進入跑道滑行皆須至06跑道頭迴轉區180度回頭再起飛。
金門機場因地形障礙及特殊進場程序而為特殊機場。
1. 平常日金門機場開放夜航至晚上8時,惟下列情況夜航時間不受限制:
a. 春節、清明、端午及中秋等年節期間。
b. 國際包機。
c. 天災、天候影響或其他特殊因素(由金門航空站就實際情形決定核准與否)
2. 氣象諮詢與航管將視航情需要,彈性增加服務時間。
澎湖機場開放時間:每日0700L~2000L。起降時間視情況延長。

本場飛行規定
航線: 05L/05R跑道左航線,23R/23L跑道右航線。
降落航空器,因突發情況,必須重飛時,應立即通知塔臺。
為加速飛航流量,減少地面等待,每日00:00-03:00,06:00-10:00世界標準時間,將對部份航機頒發雷達離場。
航機僅限於每日17:00-22:00世界標準時間實施訓練及測試飛行。

2.21 降低噪音程序
除非有關單位准許,否則禁止在16:00至22:00世界標準時間內試車,以減低噪音。
516-525停機位之航機,需掛上拖車預備後推時方可啟動APU,並後推至L滑行道方可開車。
離場程序中有關沿跑道方向爬昇至3NM後再轉彎之程序,除航管指示或緊急情況外,不得提前轉彎。
每日14:00至 23:00世界標準時間,當使用23R/23L跑道時,北向離場航機應使用RNAV 離場程序。

Local flying restrictions.
1.Noise restrictions
Time restrictions on departures and arrivals:
(A) No take off or landing shall be permitted during the hours from 1500 UTC to 2100 UTC with the exception of aircraft in an emergency or in an unavoidable situation.
Note:"In an emergency or in an unavoidable situation" as described above shall be limited to the following cases:
(a) Aircraft encountered with an abnormal situation.
(b) When abnormal situation arose among crew or passengers.
(c) Aircraft operating for the purpose of search-and-rescue activities.
(d) Aircraft operating for the purpose of urgent news collection activities.
(e) When take-off or landing is considered really unavoidable due to typhoon evacuation or other reasons.
(f) When there arose necessity of urgent refuelling due to unusual weather conditions.
(B) The airport office of JCAB shall not accept flight plans in violation of the paragraph (A) above.
(C) (1)Only RWY 16R/34L is available during the hours from 1400 UTC to 1500 UTC
(2)All aircraft taking off from/landing at Narita International Airport during the hours from 1400UTC to 1500UTC shall meet the following requirement.
The sum of noise values of the aircraft is at least 10 EPNdB below the total noise standard values at the flyover, approach and sideline measurement points as defined in Annex16 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation Volume I Chapter 3 and all of the individual noise values measured at each of the measurement points are at least 2 EPNdB below the noise standard values at the corresponding points.
(3)All aircraft scheduled to take off from/land at Narita International Airport during the hours from 2100UTC to 1400UTC shall also meet the criteria mentioned on paragraph (2) above in case they take off/land from 1400 UTC to 1500 UTC due to delay.
(4)The provisions of the paragraph (1), (2), or (3) above shall not be applied in an emergency or in an unavoidable situation mentioned on the paragraph (A) above.
2.Operation
(1) Observance of the runway to be used (1200UTC-1400UTC only)
Any aircraft taking off from/landing at Narita International Airport shall use the runway specified as a prerequisite for approval or permission of operation during the hour from 1200UTC to 1400UTC, except in unavoidable situation for maintaining a safe operation.
(2) Efficient Use of 16L/34R
In order to maximize the operational efficiency of the airport, it is strongly encouraged for pilot to comply with the use of runway instructed by ATC, where ATC has determined its use upon giving due consideration to the overall traffic situation on the ground and in the air.
For this reason, arriving aircraft must be ready to accept landing on 16L/34R (2,500m) if ATC assigns the shorter runway. Departing aircraft, upon giving due consideration of the distance to the destination as well as aircraft performance, must be ready to accept take-off from the runway assigned by ATC.
However, in the event where the assigned runway cannot be accepted due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, arriving aircraft must notify ATC of its intension 30 minutes prior to the estimated time of arrival (ETA) and departing aircraft must notify ATC when requesting ATC clearance.

4 OPERATION OF TWO PARALLEL RWYS
4.1
Two parallel RWYs 11L/29R and 11R/29L at Noi Bai International Airport are operated dependently.
4.2 Usage of two parallel RWYs
Note:
02 RWYs are used flexibly, 01 RWY is used for taking-off, the other is used for landing.
In case of low visibility condition, RWY 11R/29L is used priority for landing and RWY 11L/29R is used for taking-off.
4.2.1 When both civil and military flights are in operation
a. RWY 11L/29R is used for military flight operation.
b. RWY 11R/29L is used for civil flight operation.
4.2.2 When only civil flights are in operation
4.2.2.1 RWY heading 108° (RWY 11)
a. RWY 11R is mainly used for landing.
b. RWY 11L is mainly used for taking-off.
c. ATC shall ensure that departing aircraft cross RWY 11R to the holding points of RWY 11L no later than the time when arriving aircraft lands on RWY 11R is at:6 NM or more from RWY 11R threshold under radar surveillance; or
Three minutes before estimated landing time without surveillance radar.
d. ATC can issue clearance for departing aircraft to line up and wait on RWY 11L when meeting the above requirements specified in the above mentioned point c and visibility is at or above 1 200 M, ceiling is at or above 130 M and the SSR/PSR, SMR are in normal operation.
Note: If one of the above mentioned requirements is not met, aircraft shall not be allowed to line up and wait on RWY when arriving aircraft is landing on the remaining RWY.
e. Departing aircraft on RWY 11L (when it is ready) is only allowed to take-off:
When arriving aircraft landed on RWY 11R; or No later than the time when arriving aircraft lands on RWY 11R:

7 Operational procedures of two parallel RWYs
7.1 Details
7.1.1 Two parallel RWYs 35R/17L and 35L/17R at Da Nang International Airport are operated dependently and considered as one RWY for flight operation. Separation between take-off and landing aircraft are applied as using one RWY.
7.1.2 When both RWYs are used for aircraft taking-off/landing alternately: Approach lighting system, PAPI, THR identification lights of the RWY not be used for landing aircraft must be turned off.
7.1.3 Departing aircraft are not allowed to enter two RWYs at the same time.
7.1.4 At the same time, only one RWY direction is used for take-off/landing. Departing aircraft are not allowed to line up a RWY for take-off while another aircraft is approaching on the opposite direction of its.
7.1.5 Aircraft with length more than 34 m is not allowed to hold on connected TWYs between two RWYs when both RWYs are using for take-off/landing.
7.1.6 Aircraft are not allowed to cross RWY 35R/17L when landing aircraft position on final of RWY 35R/17L is at a distance less than:
6 NM from RWY threshold under ATS surveillance; or
3 minutes before estimated landing time without ATS surveillance.
7.1.7 Pilots are requested to comply with ATC's clearances/instructions strictly and timely; expedite vacate RWY or rolling take-off within a duration after receiving take-off clearance as specified:
For aircraft has lined up and ready for take-off: Aircraft should start rolling take-off in 30 seconds; or
For aircraft is at the holding point and ready for take-off: Aircraft should start rolling take-off in 1 minute.
7.1.8 These operational procedures do not applied in emergency, urgency or other necessities to ensure the safety, regularity of the flight operation.
7.2.1 Usage of RWY 35R/L:
7.2.1.1 RWY 35L is mainly used for landing and RWY 35R for take-off;
7.2.1.2 Aircraft is only allowed to line up and wait on RWY 35R while another aircraft is approaching final RWY 35L in the conditions as specified:
Visibility is at or above 3 000 m, ceiling is at or above 200 m and the ATS surveillance systems are in normal operation, the targets are accurate and ATC can monitor the aircraft trajectory on final leg;
If above conditions are not satisfied, ATC only allow departing aircraft to line up RWY 35R when the landing aircraft has passed THR of RWY 35L.
7.2.1.3 Departing aircraft is only allowed to take off on RWY 35R when:
Landing aircraft has landed normally on RWY 35L; or
Not less than 6 NM from RWY THR under ATS surveillance; or
3 minutes before ETA without ATS surveillance.
7.2.1.4 Departing aircraft is only allowed to take off at intersection of RWY 35R and TWYs E1/E2/E8 (when it is ready for take-off) when another approaching aircraft is 8 NM final RWY 35L or more and ensure the take-off operational requirements.
7.2.2 Usage of RWY 17R/L:
7.2.2.1 RWY 17R is mainly used for landing and RWY 17L for take-off.
7.2.2.2 Aircraft is only allowed to line up and wait on RWY 17L when the landing aircraft has passed THR of RWY 17R.
7.2.2.3 Departing aircraft is only allowed to take off on RWY 17L when:
Landing aircraft has landed normally on RWY 17R; or
Not less than 6 NM from RWY threshold under ATS surveillance; or
3 minutes before ETA without ATS surveillance.
7.2.2.4 Departing aircraft is only allowed to take off at intersection of RWY 17L with TWYs E4/E5/E7 (when it is ready for take-off) when another landing aircraft is 8 NM final RWY 17R or more and ensure the take-off operational requirements.
7.2.3 Using RWY 35R/17L for take-off/landing, RWY 35L/17R for taxiing.
7.2.3.1 Using RWY 35L/17R for taxiing aircraft:
- Landing aircraft is informed about the presence of taxiing aircraft on RWY 35L/17R.
- Landing aircraft must execute precision approach (ILS RWY 35R).
- By night:
RWY 35L/17R:
+ The approach lighting system, PAPI, THR RWY identification of RWY 35L must be turned off.
+ RWY edge lighting system of RWY 35L is switched at the lowest intensity level and follow-me car service must be provided for taxiing aircraft on RWY 35L/17R.
RWY 35R/17L: All approach lighting system and RWY lighting for landing aircraft must be turned on as regulated.
- By day:
RWY 35L/17R: All approach lighting system and RWY lighting must be turned off .
RWY 35R/17L: All approach lighting system and RWY lighting must be turned on as regulated.
7.2.3.2 Departing aircraft on RWY 35R/17L is allowed to take-off when the landing aircraft on RWY 35R/17L is:
Not less than 6 NM from RWY threshold under ATS surveillance; or
3 minutes before ETA without ATS surveillance.
7.2.3.3 Departing aircraft is only allowed to take off at intersection of RWY 35R and TWYs E1/E2/E8 (when it is ready for take-off) or at intersection of RWY 17L and TWYs E4/E5/E7 when landing aircraft with same direction with departing one i

3 OPERATION OF TWO PARALLEL RWYS
3.1 Two parallel RWYs 25L/07R and 25R/07L at Tan Son Nhat International Airport are operated dependently.
3.2 Usage of two parallel RWYs
3.2.1 RWY 25L/R:
a. RWY 25R is mainly used for landing;
b. RWY 25L is mainly used for taking-off;
c. If visibility is at or above 1 200 M, ceiling is at or above 130 m and the PSR/SSR orPSR/SSR/SMR are in normal operation; departing aircraft can line up and wait on RWY 25L independently from the position of aircraft approaching to land on RWY 25R;
Note: If one of the above mentioned requirements is not met, aircraft shall not be allowed to line up and wait on RWY when arriving aircraft is landing on the remaining RWY.
d. Departing aircraft on RWY 25L is only allowed to take-off:
When arriving aircraft landed on RWY 25R; or
No later than the time when arriving aircraft lands on RWY 25R:
e. ATC can issue clearance for approaching aircraft to land on RWY 25R when departing aircraft starts its running on RWY 25L.
3.2.2 RWY 07L/R:
a. RWY 07R is mainly used for landing.
b. RWY 07L is mainly used for taking-off.
c. ATC can issue clearance fordeparting aircraft (at holding point) tocross RWY 07R no later than the time when arriving aircraft on final approach ofRWY 07R is:
At least 5 NM from RWY threshold under radar surveillance; or
Three minutes before estimated landing time without surveillance radar.
d. ATC can issue clearance for departing aircraft to line up and wait on RWY 07L to meet the requirements specified in the above mentioned point c and point c item 3.2.1.
e. Departing aircraft on RWY 07L is only allowed to take-off:
When arriving aircraft landed on RWY 07R; or
No later than the time when arriving aircraft lands on RWY 07R:

4.1 All landing aircraft from SASAN shall report TWR Controller the time of passing SASAN thirty minutes before flying across SASAN.All landing aircraft from JTN VOR/DME or EKIMU shall report TWR Controller the time of passing the longitude line of E120° 40' fifteen minutes before flying across the longitude line of E120° 40' . If the difference between actual time and the first reported time is more than 1 minute (including 1 minute) , pilot shall report TWR controller again. If the transponder code is changed after the first location reporting, pilot shall report TWR controller;
4.2 使用03號跑道起飛左轉直飛VMB台的離場航線、使用21號跑道經VMB台直接切入五邊的進場航線在E120°20'00''經線以西,高度應控制在2100米或以上。

4.2離場航空器應在推出開車前聯繫地面管制,取得開車許可並在5分鐘內執行,否則,重新申請此許可;
4.2 Before push-back and start-up, departing aircraft shall contact GND Control for push-back and start-up clearance and conduct within 5 minutes, otherwise, apply the clearance once more;
4.3 地面管制將在適當時通知航空器聯繫塔臺管制,獲取後續管制指令;
4.3 GND control will notify the aircraft at appropriate time to contact TWR control for further ATC instructions;
4.4為減少波道佔用時間,航空器起飛離地後自動與塔臺管制席位脫波(不需要通話脫波),脫波後,航空器應該聯繫塔臺管制指定的頻率;
4.4 In order to avoid frequency congestion, pilot shall leave TWR frequency without radiotelephony instruction from controller as soon as airborne and contact the frequency assigned by TWR Control immediately;
4.5著陸航空器脫離跑道前須在塔臺頻率保持長守。在脫離跑道首次與地面管制聯繫時,尤其在低能見度情況下,必須向地面管制報告脫離的跑道和所使用的滑行道。
4.5 Flight crew shall monitor TWR frequency until vacating RWY. After vacating RWY, flight crew shall report the RWY vacated and the TWY in use to GND Control at the first contact, especially under low visibility operation.

Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure procedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may, if necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a navigation facility or a fix designated by ATC.
1. 航空器如不具備RNAV1 能力,機組應在初次聯繫進近或塔臺時向管制員聲明,如在執行RNAV程式過程中喪失RNAV1能力,機組應立即向管制員通報;
1. Aircraft without RNAV1 capability shall inform TWRor APP at the first contact. If RNAV1 capability is lost during RNAV flight procedure, flight crew shall inform ATC immediately;
2. 航空器如不具備RNAV1 能力,管制員將優先使用雷達引導,航空器在未收到ATC雷達引導指令前,沿傳統程式飛行;
2. ATC shall give priority to radar vectoring ,when aircraft without RNAV1 capability . Aircraft shall execute conventional flight procedure before receiving the ATC radar vectoring instructions;

USE of SIDs
In order to reduce aircraft noise around the airport, in principle, all departure aircraft are requested to fly via the following SIDs.

Landings and take-offs are restricted as follows during the hours from 1300 UTC(2200 JST) to 2200 UTC (0700 JST).
(1)Stops for non-traffic purposes and training flight shall not be permitted.
(2)Landings and take-offs shall be limited up to 6 excepting aircraft in an emergency or in an unavoidable situation.
Note: In an emergency or in an unavoidable situation as described above shall be limited to the following cases:
Aircraft encountered with an abnormal situation.
When abnormal situation arose among crew or passengers.
Aircraft operating for the purpose of search-and-rescue activities and etc....
When landing or take-off is considered really unavoidable due to typhoon evacuation or other reasons.
