static ( non posable ) shoe props

THIS IS A RUSH VERSION - NOT FINISHED !

I release them like this, in case someone had planned to use them today

the real finished version will be ready .... this week i guess

raw shoe props for Aiko3 standard body

Installing

The prop's package file

can be found at the bottom of this page

unzip it into your daz studio content folder

typically :

c:\program files\daz\studio\content

but also possibly something like

C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library

once installed the prop will appear in your library under content / props / mcasual

A kit of 2 morph injectors and 1 pose file

can be found at the bottom of this page

under the name morphs_and_pose_for_mcjA3PumpsBeta.zip

unzip it into your daz studio content folder

once installed the poses/morphs will appear in your library under content / poses / mcasual

Fit, Pose, Parent

Use

you must get and apply special morphs to squeeze the feet in them

and you cant really move the ankles because ... they are just props !

the real final version will have morphs or maybe they will be figures

the displacement maps are included in the runtime/textures/mcasual folder

you must use the two material preset files ( .DSA) to get the neat metal studs to show up

note that since the Right foot is just an X-Scaled version of the left foot, the displacement strengths are inversed

apply the first morph mcjA3FitStilettos2

it will be used to straighten Aiko's feet's arches ( dorsal of the feet )

apply the second morph mcjA3ToePush

it pushes Aiko's big toes inward so they fit in pointy shoes

apply the pose mcjA3PoseForMcjA3PumpsBeta.pz2

it will adjust the strength of the 2 morphs and position the feet

right in the shoes !

Materials

the zip file contains 2 material preset files for Daz Studio ( in the old but still working DSA format

if you did unzip it in your content folder

the 2 scripts will be in your Content library, in the materials/mcasual sub-folder of your Daz Studio content folder

Note that since one prop is simply an inverted copy ot the other, the displacement strengths are inverted

so apply mcjA3HeelzPreviewMaterials_L.dsa to the Left shoe and mcjA3HeelzPreviewMaterials_R.dsa to the right shoe

and you'll get studs in software render mode !
