How it all works
If you decide to give counselling a go, we will arrange for an initial, no obligation, meeting of 15 minutes. This allows both of us to meet and to discuss your needs and requirements which will enable you to decide whether you want to continue or not. Once we agree, sessions tend to take place weekly unless we decide a different schedule that works for both of us.
You may want to see me for a specific issue that you may feel requires only a set number of sessions, or you may want to leave it open ended- either way we will review after an agreed period to see where you are and go from there.
My priority is that you will feel safe and supported in the shared space, so please know that everything you share in our sessions will be confidential and be dealt with the utmost care.
