Counselling

Counselling can mean different things to different people, depending on why someone is seeking help. If you are looking to solve a specific issue and have urgent concerns about something in particular, then it can be helpful to be able to talk it over with someone who is impartial, open and non judgmental.

In life, what we say to others can sometimes have a ripple effect, changing relational dynamics and the way people see each other. Counselling eliminates this problem and offers you the space and freedom to explore your own thoughts with an unbiased person. Since I practice in a humanistic centred way, I believe that at the heart of everything is the encounter between two people. As an integrative practitioner, I understand that people are unique individuals with their own experiences and feelings. I therefore find it incredibly important not to adopt a 'one size fits all' approach. Instead, I focus on tailoring the therapy according to the individual’s unique needs.
