Independent consultant, analyst

Main activities:

- Financial and economic evaluation of real investments, with a specific focus on energy production investments (PV, biogas, hydro); private investment evaluation; PPPs’ projects evaluation; financial modelling and arrangement; data collection and dataset creation; risk analysis; asset management activities for a PV plant:

- Design and evaluation of energy efficiency programs, with a particular focus on public buildings renovation and public lighting replacement (data collection for consumption baseline definition, dataset organization and data analysis, investment evaluation and financial assessment)

- Organization and coordination of investment projects with multiple stakeholders (Municipalities, provinces, private foundations and financial institutions)

-  Application to European funds for energy efficiency, revision and procedure with the EIB

-  Consultant for tender and contracts design (energy investments with third party financing)

Main projects:

- “Progetto 3L – less energy, less cost, less impact”. Member of Sinloc’s team working for CARIPARO fundation. Activities: Project design (data collection, dataset creation, data analysis; investment evaluation), stakeholders’ coordination, proposal writing and consultation process with the European Investment Bank for project submission to the ELENA (European Local Energy Assistance) fund. The project was granted with about 1.9 million euro;

- “Progetto 3L – less energy, less cost, less impact” Member of Sinloc’s team working for the province of Padova. Activities: investment program development;

- “AmbientEnergia” Member of Sinloc’s team working for Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo fundation. Project design and preliminary studies on projetcs’ feasibility for energy efficiency investment program (2014). Tender design for PAES (2013, 2014) and PRIC (2014) financing.
