Member of the Board of Directors
We are looking for individuals interested in becoming a Member of Board of Directors for The Maria Joy Foundation. We want creative and innovative individuals to help take our organization to the next level.Board members will have the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the organization, volunteer with foster care agencies and foster families, and advocate for foster care and child adoption.
Some of the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
Attending monthly board meetings (Board meetings will be held at various locations in the Metro Detroit area)
Advertising/Marketing
Awareness/Advocacy Work
Event Planning
Fundraising
Grant Writing
Volunteering with Youth
