My Artwork and the Student Connection

My passion for Art and Technology has come together with a technique that I call "Photoshop Transfer Art". I originally got the idea from an art teacher who read about this method in a magazine in 2000. For the past 16 years I have been using Photoshop to create Canvas Art. I project a high contrast photo onto canvas where I "trace" the image freehand using a paintbrush and acrylic paint.

I have taught my students how to use this technique and it has become one of the more popular OFFICIAL ENGAGEMENTS in my class.
