In 2015 I received two grants:
NSSD #112 Education Foundation Grant: Bringing STEM into the Elementary Classroom 10/2015
NSSD#112 Education Foundation and Facets Grant: Bringing Movie Making into the Classroom 01/2016
PHOTOVOICE- My class created Photoshop pieces of art, depicting what makes them feel happy and healthy. Projects were on display at The Art Center from March 1, 2019-April 1, 2019. The project was sponsored by the Highland Park Police Department Chief Lou Jogmen.

I was awarded a certificate from Chief Lou Jogmen himself, when he surprised me and my class with an award for the project
Then and Now Project April 2019 Highland Park CIty Hall -April 2019
Students used Photoshop to fuse photos together of OLD Highland Park (early 1900's) to Highland Park today.
The photos were framed by The Art Center and Wendy and Art Kessler and hung on display at Highland Park City Hall.
Mayor Nancy Rotering welcomed the community to view the projects. Projects will be displayed permanently at Edgewood Middle School.
