==========
LifeFlight of Maine website - 11/5/2022 - lifeflightmaine.org/ - lots of info here
==========
Communications Center info - lifeflightmaine.org/our-services/infrastructure-technology/communications/ - MedComm at 6 State St in Bangor or maybe at Bangor Airport - MedComm is a private entity seperate from LifeFlight of Maine - they also dispatch for NorthEast Mobile Health which is a private ambulance company serving in the Ellsworth, Bangor / Brewer, and Portland / Brunswick areas - ish - 11/5/2022 - per 2021 LifeFlight Annual Report, LifeFlight spent $700,000 on communications + $780,000 on administration + ? $9M on aviation + ? $2M on medical staff ish - apparently LifeFlight paid $700,000 to MedComm for dispatch services - the LifeFlight website does not list any dispatchers on their staff - this page is hidden on the LifeFlight website - it was found via a Google search - 11/5/2022
==========
Radio System Info - LifeFlight of Maine uses 453.65 statewide - prime radio sites might be at Dixmont Mountain in Penobscot County and at Central Maine Medical Center in Androscoggin County - perhaps there are 458.65 FX1 stations at those 2 locations to access the 453.65 repeaters around the state - and to access local base stations at those two sites - 453.65 repeaters are apparently on Mount Washington in NH, Cooper Mountain in Washington County, and other site - see the RFP above for full details - they also have satellite phones and cellphones and probably State TRS radios

Helicopter Bases
"LifeFlight operates three helicopter bases: Bangor (Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center and Bangor International Airport), Lewiston (Central Maine Medical Center and Auburn-Lewiston Airport), and Sanford (Sanford Seacoast Regional Airport)". - per lifeflightmaine.org/our-services/transport/helicopters/ - 11/5/2022
Reading between the lines - at Bangor and Lewiston - the helos and crews are kept at the hospital in spring, summer, and fall - in winter the helos are moved to hangars at the airports - at Sanford - the crew and helo both operate from the airport - however, iirc, Sanford Hospital does have a helipad
