Essay Option 1 (30 points)

Some Muggles (and even a few wizards) believe that Nessie is a plesiosaur - a long-necked aquatic reptile that was thought to have been extinct with the rest of the dinosaurs. There have been some people for this theory and some against it. Write a 300 word essay to detail which side you believe, and why. Make sure you list any sources that you use for research.


Essay Option 2 (30 points)

Write a short story (at least 300 words) describing a sighting or interaction with Nessie.


Art Option (30 points)

There are numerous descriptions of Nessie, but which one do you think is the most accurate? Draw a picture of what you think Nessie looks like. Please upload any images to a hosting site, such as imgur, and send in the link.
